Patient Arrival Policy

For the comfort and safety of our patients and clients, we request that all cats be in appropriate cat carriers, and all dogs be leashed. We also kindly request timely arrival for your appointments in consideration of other clients’ scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We are happy to furnish written estimates upon client request. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hour notice of cancellation for appointment and surgical procedures. A fee of $25.00 may be charged if appropriate notice is not given.
